First contact and needs analysis
During the first agency-client contact, we study your request, based on thesubmitted documents. We provide you with a quote within four hours.
You can send us your documents under the category “quote”.
You may as well send your documents via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are happy to receive voluminous documents through FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Once you have approved our quote, all you have to do is sending us a purchase order. We generally request a 30% deposit at this stage.
As soon as the translation is finalized, we shall send you the translated documents via email or FTP, both in the source format and PDF format.
A bill will be sent to you by email or, at your request, by regular mail.
